At Nnix Book Store, we are committed to providing quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we are here to help.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition along with any original packaging.
Refunds
Refunds are available only for products that arrive damaged or defective. To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Replacements
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you may choose to receive either:

A replacement product (subject to availability).
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by Nnix Book Store, we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
Processing Time
Refunds and replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
